Some of the best known Irish female writers, Cathy Kelly and Sarah Webb, Martina Reilly, Caroline Grace Cassidy & Mary Malone will be sharing the stage with newcomer Siobhan McKenna as they advise wannabe writers on tips to get started. They’ll also be talking about their new books and what we can expect.

GARDENING TIPS AND TRICKS
Celebrity gardener Eugene Higgins is best known for his media work which started in the 1990′s with BBC’s Room for Improvement. From there he moved on to be the resident gardener on RTE‘s 6 seasons of The Afternoon Show and last summer he completed Glorious Gardens for UTV. He’ll be on hand to answer your horticultural queries and tell you his story to gardening glory.

MAKE ME OVER
Whether you’d like to take part in our Make Me Over sessions, or if you just want some tips on how to dress for your shape, size or colouring, then you won’t want to miss our makeover masterclasses with our resident experts.

Taking place on the catwalk twice a day over our three-day event, Julie Cobbe, our expert from Style Fish, will be on stage with advice and tips that are easy to do but will give you and your wardrobe a new lease of life. Watch out for our scouts over the weekend too who will be looking for willing participants for our make-overs!

Dr Nina Byrnes
is a practising GP and partner in Oakwood Medical Clinic in Castleknock Dublin. Nina’s clinical work encompasses all areas of general family practice but her special interests are cardiovascular and preventive health, women’s health and lifestyle medicine. It is this expertise that led to her role as a presenter on “Health of the Nation”.

Her ability to break down medical jargon and her straight talking approach to patients has made her a popular presenter on the show. She’ll be advising attendees on how to stay healthy and fabulous at 50.
